One on One Personal training sessions offer the individualized attention that some clients may need or prefer. We also offer buddy training for those looking to accomplish goals as a group, or looking for a more cost efficient option. These options are available in-house or mobile. All personal training sessions are motivational and educational to help guide to permanant healthy lifestyle changes.
This option works best for individuals seeking advice, motivation, programming, or coaching....maybe you do not quite need to be in a gym, or there are no training options located around you. This option is also great for those struggling with the "mental" aspect of achieving their goals. Client / Trainer communication will be open via emails, phone calls, chat, skype, facetime, or other outlets.
Group Exercise is a great way to stay accountable to a set schedule and provides a fun and energetic atmosphere. In-house class schedule will be posted monthly on the facebook page or use this link: www.facebook.com/noexcusestimeforachange ! Corporate options are also available.
If you prefer to work on your own, but would like a customized program, this option is for you. A variety of packages are available to fit your needs and may include a fitness assessment, coaching sessions, 4/6/8/12 week written program, and follow-up.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE THERAPY
Corrective Exercise assists in injury prevention, pain management, exercise adaptations as result of pain, post rehab exercise, and promoting healthy joint and muscle range of motion. This option is great for all ages and levels.
YOUTH WELLNESS OPTIONS
After-School wellness classes (interactive & educational), Youth group, Girlscouts, and other group sessions are available.
ATHLETE SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Pre-Season, Off-Season, and In-Season athlete training is open to athletes of all ages and all sports. This type of training will offer specific programming to increase the athletes performance from a speed, agility, quickness, and strength standpoint.
